Mitchell Gallagher

Beta RR 300 / Gold Rider

Mitch grew up with dirt bikes in his blood and now competes at the top level of Hard Enduro in New Zealand, riding in the Gold Class. His passion for pushing limits has taken him around the world—including to South Africa for the brutal Roof of Africa, and behind the scenes as a Track Manager for the legendary Red Bull Romaniacs in 2023 and 2024.

 

When he’s not racing or shaping world-class tracks, Mitch is a full-time builder—so staying fueled is non-negotiable. Since dialling in his nutrition, he’s noticed a massive difference in how he performs and recovers. No more early burnout or mid-race crashes in energy. Brad O'Brien

Husqvarna FE250 / Silver rider

Brad’s been on two wheels most of his life—growing up riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes, and now racing in the Silver Class of Hard Enduro. When he’s not on the track, he’s working as a cabinet maker, balancing a physically demanding job with the challenge of race prep.

 

For a long time, Brad struggled with what to eat—especially around race weekends. He often went into events under-fueled or unsure of what to eat during the week to support his training and recovery. Since getting serious about nutrition, everything’s changed. With the right food and fueling strategies, Brad has more energy, better endurance, and can finally focus on riding instead of second-guessing his meals.
